A town snowplow hit my parked Subaru, causing ~$3K of damage on the left quarter. Liberty Mutual directed me to Gerber. From there, it was thoughtful, fast, and a GREAT service-oriented experience. GM Ron B. runs an impressive operation. He's organized, efficient, and knows his stuff. He and his team are 100% service-oriented, updating me every other day. The repair job is perfect, and my vehicle was cleaned inside and out. I'm pleased to provide this highly positive customer review.

The work was great, and when the insurance company called and said my car was ready, when it was not (still had about 5 hours to go....so I turned in my rental) the personal of Gerber took me home and later picked me up that evening when the car was REALLY done. Much appreciated!!!!!

While on a trip to visit my sister in Chesterton Indiana we had a mishap with our vehicle's window and needed help! Jose V. was awesome to work with. His friendly, polite, and fast service made our mess more bearable. We had a long trip home on the highway and without Jose it would have been a rough trip home! Gerber Collision took the inconvenience out of being involved in an accident. From the estimate to the finished repair the entire staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My car was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. And it came out of the shop looking amazing! No hint of an accident on my vehicle and they returned it to me cleaner than I left it with them! Their relationships with insurance & rental companies also take the hassle out of getting your car repaired. It was a relief to have everything taken care of by experts.
