Julian from the Buffalo Grove,IL was such a great help and so professional with my little swipe. He took the time to explain and then went ahead and wiped off the paint left behind and reattched the light on the side of the wheel . He did not charge me and made me a customer for life! Julian was super helpful at getting a replacement part for my 17 year old car at a reasonable price. I did a walk in for an estimate and was accommodated with minimal wait. And the part came in within 2 days and was installed promptly when I brought the car back.

Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. They kept me informed through the entire process with either a phone call and or email. We had extremely frigid weather during my repair time and they kept my car inside the entire time. I would definitely use them again, if unfortunately someone hits my car again.

My car looks like new. Even though it took longer to fix apparently due to getting parts, I would highly recommend Gerber. Adrian was very professional and even though he was frustrated with the long wait he never lost his cool. The front desk staff was always friendly and courteous. Thank you for fixing my car!
