This is the 2nd time I have had the pleasure of working with Gerber Collision. Having to have your car in the shop due to someone hitting you is never fun, but Gerber Collision makes the entire process so easy. The entire staff and especially Becky are upbeat, positive, professional and timely! I received several updates on the progress of my repairs. Hopefully I don't need to go back to Gerber but if I do need collision work, Gerber is the only phone call I would make!

My rep Cody did a fabulous job of connecting with the insurance company. They tried to give us a hard time. (AIG) A rental was assigned to me immediately and the whole process was great. Cody explained everything in detail that was done to my vehicle when I picked it up. Everything was handled professionally and with extreme courtesy. It was a good experience.
