This is our third repair at Gerber. We choose to come back and do not consider another store/location. The staff is friendly, informative and patient with my questions. The work is exceptional. Most of all, they take the time to communicate with us on the status and updates. our estimator, even went above and beyond to finish the final paperwork so I could pick up my car the next day.

We have only wonderful things to say about our experience. My husband John, was recently in the hospital when a deer hit my car on the highway on my way home from another late night ICU visit. Gerber was so helpful to me, as I am not used to handling the vehicle paperwork or insurance. They were even so kind as to bring the car to my house because of our situation with my husband in the hospital.
