The folks at Gerber did an excellent repair job on my vehicle. I was involved in a minor rear-end collision but they took the time and detail and the car looks suberb. In fact, they went over and above as some additional adjustments were needed on the day of pickup. Shawn (general manager) took time to make sure they were done at no additional charge. Nice work guys! I'd definitely recommend them.

I cannot say enough about the Gerber staff at your Broken Arrow, Oklahoma location. Our company cars are vital to our success. They have the foresight to order parts in advance which helps keep our additional expense for a rental car down. They have always completed the work at the time they promise. I was impressed to know that the estimator took the time to install a needed piece so the car would be ready for delivery. They have always kept us informed of any changes to our estimates knowing that complex damage to a vehicle cannot be seen until other components are removed. That says integrity to me. I would have never expected a follow up call from a body shop but I did from Gerber's receptionist.
