I had a wonderful experience with Gerber start to finish. Lexie talked me through the process (how they work with insurance and what to expect and helped me with my rental car pick up and drop off) and quickly set up an appointment for me to bring my car in. Zach C was my estimator. He explained all of the steps in getting my car fixed and set clear expectations on timing. He also kept me informed on the progress of the repairs daily. They were both kind and sympathetic to the stressful situation I was in. I got my car back sooner than anticipated and it looks great. Thank you Lexie, Zachary, and team and thank you Gerber for making a bad situation as good as it could possibly be.

The body work that was done and the paint job both look great. Zach C was our estimator and he delivered as promised. He gave good detail on what would be done, and it was done in a timely manner. We were having a challenge getting over to pick the car up before our vacation, but he offered to deliver it and he did so with a smile...great service! Also, the receptionist Lexi was very friendly.

Wow! Service couldn't have been better or quicker. Gerber got my car door replaced in one week. Laura, my service advisor, was very friendly & helpful. They cleaned my car til it sparkled & it runs just as well as ever. I would recommend them to any & everyone.

Scott, Laura and team were very accommodating and professional. My car was repaired very quickly; dropped it off this past Tuesday morning and picked it up yesterday morning. They were so nice to wash the exterior and wipe down / vacuum the interior. I would highly recommend Gerber's Austin "FM 620" location. Excellent service, expert repair, and quick turnaround. Staff was super helpful, friendly, respectful, and professional. I have no idea how they assessed the damage, procured the parts, and made the repairs in less than 4 days. Amazing. And, best part, they even detailed it for me! Great job, Gerber.
