Great experience with this Gerber! They got me into a rental ASAP, gave updates to the estimate, paid attention to small details and the car is running just like it was new. I can't tell that there was any collision at all. The friendly and great customer service was greatly appreciated. They went above and beyond.

Staff did everything for me, I didn't even have to worry. They had the rental car set up and ready to go before I got there and also was in contact with my insurance company, so I didn't have to try and solve the problem myself. They did great work and an excellent job, I would highly recommend them if you want the best results as well as being stress free!

The customer service was extraordinary. I brought my car in at 9 am. It was fixed by 9:45 a.m. (My rear left bumper had to be repaired.) From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, everyone I met and talked with was friendly, professional, and diligent - they reviewed everything with me before and after the repair. I have car insurance with AAA. They referred me to Gerber. I'm SO glad they did.

Gerber was amazing. They were so courteous and helpful. They let me know every step of the way what was going on with my vehicle. They had it repaired a week earlier than expected and cleaned the inside and outside of the vehicle. The repairs are beautiful as well. They made it very easy and I would highly recommend them!
