Michelle was very friendly and customer service orientated. Alex did the estimate and with Michelle was able to arrange to take the car in a couple days later in the scheduling. Joe the manger was very helpful in resolving the issue with Nissan on getting the correct power piston for the lift gate for my Nissan Pathfinder, as Nissan kept saying it was the right parts in their book, but was actually not. This location has Great employees that know how to provide Customer Service and Joe the Manager is doing a wonderful job in making sure the customer feels good about their service. I have been to some other auto body repair locations and I have seen where there is not so good of the service. i would always bring my car if it ever needs service back to Gerber Body Shop in Aurora, Illinois on Lake Street. Done a Terrific job on my car!

The service people were very informative and helpful. Explained what was needed to be done and how long it would take. The care was completed in the promised time and the work was excellent. Also they waited for me to get there after work to pick up the car which was very helpful to me since I work till 5pm and it takes about one hour to get to the collision store. I appreciate their help and care for customers. Thank you.

I have no doubt in my mind to rate this company location +5/5. My loyalty with this company could be traced from the fact that this is the fourth vehicle they have fixed for my household since 2010. First was my SVU 2007 Nissan Murano; followed by my son's 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix GT and my wife's SUV 2007 Subaru B9 Tribeca, and now this Nissan Altima 2.5 SL -- all due to the curtesy and excellent services from your employees or representatives!

I was absolutely delighted with the service provided by the folks in Aurora. They were fast, reliable, highly professional and friendly AND they did a beautiful job repairing my bumper. It looks brand-new. AND they washed and cleaned my very dirty car. I give them all A+, 10's!!!! (or 5's, if that's the best you offer!!!)]

I recently had a car accident in which I was hit from behind and my bumper needed to be replaced. The quality of service over exceeded my expectation. I dropped of the car on a Wednesday night and it was ready for pick up by 2PM the next day. Didn't even take them 24 hours to finish the job. I even received phone calls updating me on the repairs. I was a little worried at first regarding the quality of work due to the turn around time, but to my surprise top quality work. I would highly recommend their service. Thanks for all your hard work.
