Kudos to Mr. Tom Hagan at the Atlanta Cheshire Bridge location. My left side mirror had its guts spewed out when an oncoming driver knocked into it. Luckily I had all the parts and none were broken. Mr. Hagan graciously took a few minutes to successfully put it back together for me and merrily sent me on my way! It's customer service like that that gives businesses a good name. These guys were great! They were available within a day to schedule an estimate appointment, met with me on time, and got my car out when they said they would. The manager Tom was helpful in answering my questions, and was there when I dropped off my car, and when I picked it up. He made sure I was satisfied before i left. My car looked great!

An incredibly positive experience with Gerber on Cheshire Bridge. First of all they were by far the least expensive estimate I got. April assisted me in everything I needed from the moment I brought my car in and Tom was very helpful in explaining everything that needed to be done and what to expect. My car was in and out and looking better than ever.

Hands down, the BEST customer service I have received from a company in a long time! The representative was knowledgeable & helpful. We had a time issue and she even came in on a Saturday to clean the vehicle so our daughter could drive it back to college that day. Car looked great -- all in all, a very good experience.
