Completed work was as if no damage had been done to my van. I did have a problem with the length of time it took and staff telling me that it would be done in a day or two several times. I called the manager, Brad P., and he moved the work faster to get the work completed. He was very fair with us.

Gerber Collision is amazing! Bradley P. and a technician named Robert saved my whole week. Robert was able to fix my fender and make my car safe to drive with my kids, after a minor collision that crushed my wheel well. He got me back on the road so quickly, I didn't have to take any time off work or rent a car or anything. Victoria at the front desk was so kind and reassuring and checked me in right away. I will be taking all body work needs to Gerber from now on. Thank you, all!

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff as well as their professionalism. I was not able to pick up my car until after hours and they worked with me on arranging a pickup. The work they did was awesome and I was very pleased with the entire process. They had it ready when promised and there were no hidden fees or "got-ya" issues. Was initially hesitant to use them on my BMW; but my fears were quickly erased. I would highly recommend them and if needed (hopefully not) I will definitely use them again. Kudo's y'all! Great job

I highly recommend this location. This is my first experience having a vehicle repaired after an accident. Thankfully it was a very positive one. Patrick provided customer service above and beyond my expectations. He sent text messages to keep me updated on the status of the repair. The car was returned as good as new, earlier than expected and cleaner than when I left it there. They even provided a lifetime guarantee of the repairs.

Chris was very helpful they did a great job on my windshield, front driver's side, hood, and headlights but when I drove it to work for the first time the right blinker stopped working so I will have that done out of pocket it stopped working on Nov. 6th. on the day I drove it for the first time to work as a matter of fact it looks like a brand new car people at work think it is newer than a 2003 so thank you guys I appreciate all you have done.

I had my windshield replaced by a mobile service and that company did a tremendous amount of damage to my car. My insurance company had to step in and make sure the repairs were done to my car. They sent me to Gerber and I am so happy with the quality and care they provided with my car. Gerber sent text message updates on the status of my car, and when they found even more damage they called to notify me and the steps that they would be taking to correct the damage. Communication is one of their strong points. Quality work is another. My car returned looking almost new again. I cannot thank them enough for the excellent work they preformed on my car.
