While vacationing in Florida from Michigan had a fender bender at beach .Was concerned finding a collision shop I could trust. Gerber was walking distance from my Condo was I selected them. I took it in on Monday morning and had it back by that afternoon. Service was excellent, and so was the repair. I would definately use them again. My only regret is they don't have a shop near me in Sothheast MI. hopefully that will change soon. .

Amazed how the whole process of having my vehicle repaired was stress free. Brad P.; estimator of my vehicle is professional, and sharp. He explained the whole process, updated me throughout the whole week on the process of my vehicle. Having enterprise rent a car, on site is terrific. When I picked up my vehicle the job was flawless. My total experience was outstanding from when I walked in the door and was greeted by the receptionist, Jackie, to when I picked up my car from Brad. They both know how to treat a customer, a distraught one, and it is obvious that excellent Customer Service is a priority. Both are extremely knowledgable, and explained entire process of what would happen, which was a great comfort to me. I love to know what is going on and I did. I got the estimate the same day. I was constantly informed about the status of the repairs and was very satisfied with the amount of time it took to be finished. The rental car process was the easiest I have ever had. The customer service there was great. From Geico to Enterprise was a chain reaction of great customer service. Brad@gerber was very helpful and was very willing to do whatever it takes to get me to be completely satisfied... I've never felt so at ease with a process as much as I did when I came to that shop. And Brad let me know if you have any other issues to come back and he will personally take care of them.... Gerber will get a 100% of my business and my friends and family business.
