To begin with, Trevor was courteous and professional when estimating the damage and what the repair entailed. His industry knowledge was key in explaining the process and time required to complete the repair. Christina's customer care was exemplary. She made all of the arrangements, coordinated with my insurance company and the rental agency. In addition, she kept me posted throughout the repair process via text message and phone calls. Cody and the gang are frigging awesome! Everything went really smooth throughout the whole process. Fast and friendly service. Everything fully explained. They set a high bar and hopped right on over. Cody drove me to Enterprise so I could pick up my rental. (On a side note, I felt like Enterprise gave me VIP treatment because of their relationship with Cody and his crew). I would like to point out that Cody is a great guy and a real asset to Gerber. Oh, and the car. It looks great and hasn't fallen apart so I guess the guys in the back did a great job.

I want to give a big Thank You to Cody M. for helping us replace a 15 year old door handle for our Honda minivan. The replacement handle arrived in the wrong color but Cody had his techs paint it the correct color to match our 2002 Oddy. It looks great.
