From start to finish they were friendly, courteous, and professional. Regularly updated on work progress and work was completed quickly and car looks brand new. They went above and beyond in helping me address some other car repair questions and also helped arrange for my rental who picked me up and dropped me off on site! On top of all that the cleaned my car inside and out!! Top notch all the way!

The shop I went to did a very good job and also were very helpful in meeting my schedule. Everyone was very friendly and met all my needs, like giving me a ride home when it was 8 degrees outside. I live in walking distance of the shop. I hope this is the review for the Visa card drawing.

My car was hit by a deer and did $3,000 dollars in damage. Gerber appraised the damgae to my car and had it repaired in a timely manner. They did a great job! A few days later there was a noise coming from the area the repairs were done. Gerber made an appointment to look the car over. They throughly checked the car out and then took the time to go over the car with me; everything seemed to be fine. I felt relieved that they stood by their work and that I could call them with my concerns.
