Thank you to Tony the advisor and the Gerber Collision Staff at the Valencia Location for your help with everything for my Uncle and I. Tony was prompt on time letting us know about the car in a timely manner about the car update also helpful witn letting us know everything about the car also tried to do the best he can to get work done as soon as possible with also making sure that they also take time on the work for it to come out well quality work in which we also did not want to rush we also wanted the car to be done well. Also, Tony went out of his way with everything and the end as well to come and get us when the car was ready to bring us back to the Gerber Collision Place to pickup the car. Thank You Tony and the Gerber Collision Staff for your help and support with everything.

Great experience from start to finish! Kristen was super helpful and explained everything to me. They sent me frequent texts to keep me updated about the progress with my car repairs. And when I went to pick up my car they explained what they had done and told me I had a lifetime warranty on the repairs! I was very pleased. It looked like a new car. They even washed it! I came to Gerber after getting an estimate at another body shop. My first impression of the other body shop wasn't good. I met with David and he inspected the vehicle. David listened to me and explained everything. The insurance company did not want to pay for (2) OEM parts which was important to me. In my experience parts that aren't OEM aren't as well made. David went the extra mile and was able to get these (2) parts for us. He kept my wife and I in the loop as to the progress on the vehicle, which I appreciated very much. When we got the car back I noticed the rear sonar wasn't working and was throwing a warning light. I brought it back which was on a Friday around 3 o'clock. David got on it right away, which was nice. It was a Friday almost closing time. I'm a very detailed person both professionally and with my vehicles. This ... vehicle especially because my wife and kids travel in this vehicle often. David I want to thank you for all your hard work and effort with getting the job done.
