It began as an ordinary trip to the grocery store. As I was parking, I looked at my side mirror. It had become unhinged and barely on it's base. I was very upset. I prayed to God for guidance. I drove to snuffer school road an saw Gerber & Collision and Glass. I pulled in saying to myself over and over "Thank you lord". With mirror in hand I was warmly greeted by the staff. I told her of my situation and she smiled and said, I'll get someone to help you right away. About fifteen minutes later, Mr.Ron Santos greeted me with a handshake and a smile. I was told to have a seat and to make myself comfortable. And 30 minutes later, he returned with a big smile saying you're good to go, ma'am. My experience with Gerber & Collision Glass was great. What a great experience! Gerber Collision and Glass is a recommended shop from our insurance company, and they couldn't have handled it better. The office lady was a delight, and so kind to me during a trying time. The work was quick, and I was updated consistently throughout the whole process. We picked up the rig, and the repairs looked seamless. They even washed it before they returned it to us. Phenomenal service!
