I had several issues that were out of the ordinary like I had to get my car smogged because my registration was due. They accommodated me and had my car completed ahead of schedule. I also forgot my garage door opener in the rental car and they were able to retrieve it and give it to me. Ephraim was a pleasure to deal with as well as the front desk lady.

The service and communication were great and my car was well taken care of. They handled everything with insurance and what could have been a stressful experience was stress-free. The crew at Gerber Collision and Glass has done a excellent job at repairing my trucks front end damage. From dropping off my truck and all the way to receiving my truck back was a breeze. My estimator was Kelly F. and she was always advising me and alerting me what different steps of the process of repairs that were occurring. She and her crew removed dents, adds new parts, painted it and detailed it. My trucks front end looks new now. I love the customer service they give.

Being in a no fault accident is not fun and every part of the process has been the biggest headache, except for Gerber. They were so helpful and informative and supportive throughout their part of the process, even supporting me in acquiring the rental car. I didn't interact with collision techs, but the staff in the office from the admin at the front desk to the estimator were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend.

Awesome Service! Went in for a quote for a scratch on a door. The door was previously repaired and painted at a different body shop. Jordan immediately asked if it had been previously painted as he noticed a poor job (somewhat dull finish). He made sure the entire door was repainted at no additional charge to make sure it looked like new. Gerber Farmington has an excellent painter and I highly recommend them. The skill of the painter is an important consideration in choosing a body shop.
