From the time we dropped our van off after hitting a deer,until the time we picked it up everyone was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a week delay only longer than the initial 4 wk expectation, because some parts came in incorrect and a part was missing that had not been ordered. Other than that, it was a great experience with Gerber. The van looks absolutely fantastic.

Excellent communication throughout the estimating and repair process. This was being claimed on someone else's insurance and Gerber took care of all of those details, and set me up with a rental car next door at Enterprise too! Grateful for the ease of this service.
