Hitting a tree, I was in need of both auto body and glass repair. From the first day I met with secretary Sarah and adjuster Jeff I fully realized how lucky I was. They were totally professional. Each day of the three weeks they held my car, I was called by phone to explain exactly what step of the job they were on. I knew exactly when and what was being done on the car at that moment. Every question I had seemed to be anticipated by the staff there. I felt relaxed and in good hands for the entire time. When I was called to pick up the car, it was immaculate. Not one piece of broken glass in the rear of the car. The paint and color were like new. I received information on car care for the first month. Copies of the bill were clear and included both AAA insurance info and my collision responsibility. Smart, prompt, knowledgeable, ... professional, thorough--I can only use superlatives in every description of their work on the car and handling of me personally. read more
