Hi I had my van in for an MPI claim mon-wed this week (18-20 Nov). I must admit the service I received exceeded my expectations. I had another claim in the Spring and used a local company, so I had an opportunity to compare services. From the initial greeting to the final goodbye wave, the Boyd personnel were extremely courteous and helpful. They were sympathetic to my concerns about the repair, and even offered extra advice on some extra service I was asking about. The intake was prompt, the friendliness of all I had dealings with made me feel at ease, and the repairs were accomplished only ahead of schedule. I also didn't expect my van to be thoroughly cleaned inside and out. I'm sold. Boyd will be my next auto body choice (hopefully by enhancements and not for collisions!). Courteous reception,claim was processed quickly,glass replacement was done within two working days. The vechicle dash and front working area was found clean after the job was completed. I am very pleased with the whole process.
