I would just like to say that Manager Bob Huff, and his staff gave me wonderful service, quick, precise and professional. Because I had no vehicle for transportation, they dropped me off at home and then picked me up when my vehicle was completed. On top to that they washed and cleaned my vehicle, a great and appreciate surprise. It is service like this that will continue to keep Boyd at the top of the business. This is my second time I have used Boyd at the Henderson Location, and both time, very very happy with the great service. I came into the Henderson Highway location today with an issue with my drives door, it would not open from the inside or outside. As an outside sales rep for BFI Canada I get in and out of my car many times a day calling on businesses. The mechinic that helped me out was David, he went above and beyond by helping me right away with my door. He had it tore apart and fiesed and back together with in 20 mins. I then asked him what the charge would be for his services and he responded no charge, which suprizsed me greatly, so thank him and will be sure to come back to Boyd in the future. I will also use word of mouth to advertise how great you guys are. Thank you very much Patrick Rinn

Just wanted to pass on a great Boyd moment for me. A customer Stella Cummings, gave me a huge hug and told me how much she appreciated everything I did for her. She originally came in with her claims and wasn't sure how the whole process worked. She had 3rd party insurance as well but no info with her. MPI told her she had to pay her deductible, and when I called mpi they said the same. I had to call around to different brokers to try and find her policy info and at first she was very frazzled but after I called around and figured out everything for her she said I put her at ease. She received a few calls and was always excited to hear from me and would tell me how great I was at helping her through this process. We were able to finish her vehicle early and the guys even covered up some additional little knicks that were not part of the ... claim. Dear Boyd Autobody, I just want to let you know about the stellar service I received from two of your staff at your 951 Henderson Highway location, Winnipeg, this past September 24, 2012. On that day, I dropped in without an appointment at 7:30 a.m. to see if I could get my driver’s side window fixed which was damaged in an aborted break in to my car the day before. Bob Huff (Location Manager) welcomed me and fit me into the day’s schedule, and assured me that the damage would be fixed. I want to thank him for his prompt attention to my situation and going out of the way to get my work done that day. When I returned to pick up my car at 5:45p.m., the work was complete and David Jackson (CSR Estimator) was with another client. He assured me that he would complete my paperwork as soon as he was finished with the other client. I want to ... thank David for staying after business hours to complete my paperwork and ensure that both my car and I were good to go upon completion. I came to Boyd to have mud gaurds put on my truck. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The technicians did an amazing job! My truck looks great and the quality of their work is evident. The technician who did the installation even came out to explain the process of what had been done. Boyd will be my first choice for any further repairs or installations.

On Friday,June 15,2012 I was going out to the lake with my labrador retriever, Cooper. It was a very warm and humid day and everything was going just fine. I stopped at the Domo gas bar across the parking lot from your shop on Henderson to fill up. When I came out after paying, my key would not turn in my ignition. I tried several things to no avail so I went to your shop(I had had some body work done there before) and asked if maybe they could help me. Bob Huff, the manager, sent out one of his staff to see if he could help. No such luck and over the course of the time he was trying different things, other staff members including Bob came out to see if they could help. Now its almost time for the shop to close and everyone was anxious to start their weekend but they kept trying different things. It was decided that they would push my van ... into their shop for the weekend and see what they could do on Monday. This way my vehicle was safe and in very good hands. The fellows had to take the gears apart so they could put it into neutral in order to push the van. On Monday, I called Bob and he said the only thing that could be done was to replace the lock so I agreed and asked him if he could look after it. He told me not to worry and he would call back with an estimate which he did within a few minutes. I gave him the go ahead and on Tuesday morning Bob phoned me and told me the van was ready to go and not only that, the price was less than I expected. :D Anyway, to make a long story short(too late now ;) ) I just wanted everyone to know how much I appreciated what Bob and his staff did for me. They went above and beyond to help me out and they should be recognized for everything they did. What a great group of guys you have working there!. I was very impressed and happy with the service received right from the moment I stepped into the centre. I very much appreciated the use of the courtesy car while mine was being repaired. I was also extremely impressed with the calls from David updating me on the status of the repairs to my vehicle and was so pleased when I picked it up yesterday to find it in immaculate condition inside and out. This is my second time using this Boyd Autobody centre and on both occasions I was very pleased with the work and service provided. Thank you to all.

I was quite happy with the whole experience. From dropping off the vehicle to picking it up again. I was called a few times with updates on how the repair was going so I was always in the loop. The repair itself looks great. The technicians also noticed a few other small things wrong with the vehicle and took the time to see if they could correct the problem for me. Good Work and Thanks!

Excellent service! Car was completed well ahead of schedule. I was updated on the progress. Courtesy car was ready and waiting when my car was delivered for its appointment. The staff were always extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They did not hesitate to answer any of my many questions. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of auto repair!
