Gerber Collision has given the best timely service. A few remarkable aspects about Gerber is the customer service. They updated me about my vehicle repairs and ensured I received the correct service. They definitely went above and beyond in relieving the stress from being in an accident.

This is my second time coming to Gerber and I am always treated well and experience great customer service. Fred Lucky always does a great job for me and my car always looks great after repair; he answers all of my questions and is friendly and gives good advice. Never any hassle or problems; they even waited for me to get off work and drive to their shop to pick up my repaired car, even though it was right at closing time and I was a little late. Thank you, Gerber ^_^

I was very happy with the service I got, the guys were great, knowlegeable, friendly, and very helpful.. they kept me posted all the way! When my car was finished I was able to leave my rental there and they took care of returning it to Enterprise for me, yay! It was so easy! Thank you for a great job, my car looks brand new!

Service was beyond my expectations. Me and my family are very happy and satisfied with all the workers. The wait was shorter than expected and when our vehicle was finished we were astonished at the amount of effort that they have put into making sure that we were happy. Definitely will be returning when we need repairs in the future.
