He busted his butt and went out of his way to resolve the problems and hold ups dealing with my car and because of his constant hard work and determination I can happily say I am now on my way to get my car !!!!

Fred Luckey used a suction cup to get a dent out of the side of my new car. He was so polite and helpful. He even gave me the card for someone who could get the remaining small dimple out. I didn't want to use my insurance and the person who hit my car didn't leave a number or anything. This is a great place to come for repairs. They do excellent work.

Overall, I was pleased with the service at Gerber. Gordy, the estimator, came through with updates when he said he would. The hardest part was waiting the extra 3 days for the finishing touches. The best part was having the car delivered on the promised day because I wasn't able to get in during their working hours.
