Kristen kept us update often on if our delivery date would be met. We had planned a vacation prior to having our car damaged, and didn't want to have to change the date. We were prepared to change, but we never had to. Kristen and the whole repair team worked diligently so we could have our car back on time. AND most important, our car looks perfect! I am so grateful to everyone at Gerber Collision! They assured me that my car would be repaired in a timely manner while still making sure to follow safety guidelines. They sent regular text messages letting me know what was going on, and they were great at communicating if they needed any more information from me. I had my car back in less than 2 weeks which seems unheard of for collision repair. They even cleaned my car for me before I picked it up! Thank you for your time, thoughtfulness, and getting me back in my car!

First off let me start by saying Angel is the man. I brought in my 2015 Mercedes C300 with front end damage. Car was returned way before my expectations, he even touched up anther area on my car without any problem,! Hope I don't have to return under this circumstance but I will highly recommend this Company and Angel.

My van needed lots of work done and all of the repair shops were busy including Gerber of Lacey, WA. But Mike agreed to accept my vehicle on the first day that he made an assessment. My insurance had a limit of $1,000 for a rental and Gerber covered the costs for several days after my insurance ran out. Mike also managed to get everything done by working with the detailing shop to complete the interior (as they too were very busy due to the Corona Virus situation limiting work flow). Gerber has high standards and went the extra mile to meet my needs. The front desk was also very helpful and very friendly and so that also made the entire experience even better. Gerber's location is also very handy and convenient as the rental car service is only across the street! Simple to pick-up and return with out having to get a ride. Gerber collision ... has my strongest recommendation as a great place to get your work done! read more

They are the best I've worked with. When I just got my car repaired I noticed there were some scratches near the repair area. They showed me the pictures at each stage that showed the scratches came from probably a parking lot incident after I got the car back, then had a guy come out immediately and buffered those right out. They've done this on a previous car also. Really impressive customer care!
