I unfortunately have had to bring my car in 2 times in a year, my driver and passenger side both got T-boned, you can't even tell it ever happened! The staff was so friendly and easy to work with, I hope I don't have to see the shop again but if I ever need repairs again I know exactly who I'm calling! Thank you guys so much!

Although I could not have my car fixed here, I received the most incredible customer service from Jennifer and the Manager of this location. She explained the insurance better than Progressive! They waited patiently while I figured out what to do with my GF dream car. Every interaction after that including Haley was seamless and informative. Recommend 10/10! Thank you....

I really enjoyed working with the Murray Gerber. They made the whole process of getting my car repaired after being rear-ended so simple-they handled everything for me from working with the at-fault person's insurance to lining up the rental car to returning the rental car after my car was done. They sent regular updates and check-ins. My car was in good hands, and the job they did looks great! I will go back to them if I need work again.
