They did a great job on my car. Were very good about communicating to me what was being done, how long and if it took longer they let me know right away. My insurance was kept in the loop so they could update my rental car dates. Awesome experience would go back.

This is the first time of having to use a collision repair business in quite a while. I was extremely pleased with the estimate process with Brent and the timliness of receiving the quote. When the parts came in for the repair I was notified and chose a day to drop off. When I arrived the front desk receptionist was amazing and communicated the process while my vehicle was in the shop. Scott lined up a shuttle ride home when Uber didn't show up (5 star). While my vehicle was in their possession I received an automated step by step report of where exactly my car was in being done. Got a message my car was done 1 day early and couldn't have been more thankful for the customer service I received. Stellar 5 star service! Thank you Gerber Collision Smyrna. Great teamwork!

Great, timely service. They called Enterprise for me when I dropped off my vehicle, who then picked me up to get my rental, and I was able to leave it with Gerber when I went to pick up my vehicle. Also, they are on top off keeping the customers up to date about the repair process. It is helpful to know what's going on, every few days. Great service. Would recommend.

Replaced the rear bumper on my F 150. Did a great job in timely manner. Had an electrical connection that needed work, but they handled that well quickly and prefessionally. If I need a collision repair in the future I will call thzm and can definitely recommend them.

I give high praises and compliments to Gerber. Brian was the gentleman that was the contact person that I went to and would inform me on how the repair was going and let me know the update on my car repairs. I took my car into Gerber on Tuesday, May 24th, 2022 and they called Enterprise Rental and a agent brough me a rental car. My car was repaired and I picked it up at Wed, May 25th, 2022. I dropped the rental car off and Gerber took care of the rest. Also the receptionist was very friendly and very professional. I am so very happy and appreciate everyone at Gerber for their pleasant and friendly customer service. I will highly recommend Gerber to all my family and friends. Thank you Gerber for such a wonderful experience.

Am so pleased with the work Gerber Collusion did. I was kept up to date with the progress. Only had the SUV for 4 months when I had the accident. The crunch I heard when the two cars hit was sickening. It looks brand new. Paint job looks great. So much attention to detail. The car not only looks good but drives great too. They synced everything inside the car. Awesome job. Tech brought my car to the house when I could not get a ride. He was wonderful. Highly recommend Gerber Collision. Thank you so very much.
