I am very satisfied with the repairs and customer service that I received from Gerber Collision Repair. Jim Caniga kept me apprised of the repair progress on my vehicle, always returned my calls, and was always very kind and courteous. The repair itself only took two and a half weeks, which was greatly appreciated. I would like Met Life to receive my feedback also, if possible. Thank you.

I was referred to Gerber Collision on Priest Drive in Tempe, AZ by my insurance company to get some body repairs done. The repairs took a little longer than expected but the staff at Gerber Collision was very good about communicating with me about how everything was going. When I got my car back I was so happy with the results! They totally went above and beyond and even repaired a few items that weren't part of the collision repairs. After I picked up my car I noticed that my AC and heater weren't working properly so I called Jim at Gerber to see if he could take a look at it. He and Rob were able to identify the problem within a few minutes and fixed it - free of charge! Great job Gerber Collision! Jim and Rob definitely deserve some recognition on this one!!

I dropped my car off after a hail storm in AZ and Gerber handled the repair in a very professional manner. There were a lot of cars at the location and they were timely in completing the repair and communicating.
