Excellent communication throughout the process and it was completed on the date specified. I am completely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.

Gerber is fantastic. I had some concerns, but fr the moment I walked in saw the lobby was immaculate and presented nicely. Kayla greeted me and all my concerns were put at rest. A gentleman went over the car with me. He did not talk down to me because I'm a woman. This happens frequently. And amazingly I received texts every couple days letting me know what's been done and approximate date will be finished. (Can you believe that? True!!) Cody, mgr, delivered my car, (what service!) as I was incapable and would be for a bit picking it up. The car looks fantastic, great and beautiful. Everyone I met there treated me like a customer should be. I will not hesitate to go to them for repairs. (Hopefully no more car accidents however.) THANK YOU GERBER!!!!

Gerber made me feel like a Rock Star! I felt valued. They assessed my accident in a very short time. They ordered a rental for me. The car that was sent was too large for me. No problem! The next day someone drove me to the car rental to find a car that would be comfortable for me to drive. My car was fixed in a timely matter. The repair was over the top. The paint match was perfect. They washed and polished the area that was fixed. It looked better then before the accident. I highly recommend Gerber in Greenville S.C. I give them 10 stars!!!
