Gerber exceeded my expectations! Truly they are the kindest and most patient auto repair personnel I have encountered thus far. I was kept up to date via text messages throughout the process and my car was ready before the estimated date! I am very happy with the way my car turned out, it looks brand new. Thank you Gerber for your communication, attention and expertise to detail. Thankful that Gerber also allowed for my parents to pick up my vehicle when I was not available. My parents spoke very highly of the staff, repairs done and location! I would recommend this business to anyone.

The folks at this gerber were fantastic! The wrong bumper was ordered but they got the new one the next day. I had a hard time finding a ride back home after dropping the truck off to have it fixed but Teresa took me home. She was very sweet and knew her way around Sanford. Then when the truck was done they even drove it back to me so I wouldn't have to haul my baby back to come get it! They were so kind and helpful and did a great job on my bumper replacement.

Gerber took my vehicle in which was involved in an accident on September 7th, 2022. And 20 days later I get it back better than original, what a fantastic great job they did on the body and paint. And due to no fault of Gerber, the parts that were shipped to Gerber had to be sent back for proper replacement. I really appreciate great job they did and the timely text messages and updates. If I ever have another issue like this, I will be carrying my ride to Gerber in Sanford, NC. Thanks for a job exceedingly well done!

I have brought several dealership cars into this location and was getting surveys to my phone and probably since I have brought so many cars, I stopped getting them. I just have to say that the team at Sanford is fantastic. All of the work on the vehicles have been completed in a timely manner and with perfect craftsmanship. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and they run a clean facility. I just wanted to take the time to say thank you because being a manager myself, I know how important it is to have positive feedback. A+ Sanford team!

The experience I had with Gerber was absolutely awesome! The service took about 8 days but that was due to a part having to be ordered but after I received my car back they did some extras to it free of charge! My car looked brand new when I got it back! No bad complaints at all!

The Team at Sandford is phenomenal. Everything starts with their excellent customer service upon arriving to the facility. I was greeted right away and attended by their representatives. I was provided detailed information of the work that they will perform on my car. I like that they send you text messages with status of your vehicle's work. The repairs to my car where done in a few days. I was very excited when I picked up the car. It definitely looked way better than when I dropped. Super satisfied with the work performed!!! Would do business again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
