The staff at Gerber are wonderful! They explained everything clearly on what repairs they were making with my car, sent me an estimate in a timely manner, and handled everything through my insurance company. They were regularly in touch with me during the repair process with updates. The workmanship on my car is first-class!

Loretta and the crew at Gerber Collision did a great job recently when my 2017 Corolla was wrecked and I had no other transportation. They had a lot of jobs going on but helped me out with a prompt, thorough estimate that showed that my car was totaled. They made it possible for me to get a prompt payment from my insurance provider, buy a used car and get back on the road quickly. I'm very grateful for their timely service.

Loretta, Devon and team are excellent. Updates every Tuesday and Thursday kept me informed on completion. Everything handled with my insurance so no going back and forth, they handled everything. Finished two days early and looks perfect. I would bring any of my vehicles there for repair. Highly recommend

The on-site staff were prompt with my repair and when it came to communicating updates (when parts were expected to be received. final repair date, etc.) it was unprompted on their end. when delivery in a part delay occurred the team off the final parts as fast as the situation allowed. would definitely recommend the stop for repairs to others.

Gerber Collision (GC) was a wonderful place to deal with. Everything went smoothly and they went out of their way to make it work that way. They helped with the car rental and dealt with my wonderful insurance company (USAA) and we never had a hitch or a break down of the repair process and timing. All parts were pre-ordered and in place before work started. I would not hesitate to use them again IF I needed a auto body repair.

Spoke to a gentleman on the phone I think his name was Jake I can't fully remember but I do know he gave amazing customer service. He went to the extent of looking two different stores for me and was able to get me set up in a early appointment. This man definitely deserve a raise because that's what great customer service looks like.
