Great service and getting the job done excessively great and timing was mind blowing. You guys fixed my 2020 camry rear-end damage in a record setting time of 3 days tops and the fit and finish was amazing and it's still mind blowing that you guys was able to finish a job in 3 days and was first give maybe 2 to 3 weeks time frame but I'm so glad u guys was able to get it done and it looks amazing fully done with non-issue at all KRISTIN PACE WAS AWSOME AND WAS VERY UPDATE AND KEEPING ME INFORMED AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS and handle this byfar. Way above and beyond duty andnshes a great asset to the company. I enjoyed the while experience and will refer more clients to u guys and will come.back.if any new repairs needed. The service was outstanding. My vehicle was involved in a minor fender-bender back in March 2023. Unfortunately, during the time of the accident, this Gerber location was swamped with work. The first available time they had for my car to be repaired wasn't until May 25, 2023. That meant I had to drive around with a damaged vehicle for over 2 months. It was frustrating at first but when the day came to take the vehicle, from the moment I dropped it off to the moment I picked it up, the local team at Gerber really took great care of me. My vehicle was dropped off on 5/25 and was anticipated to be completed on 6/16. My car ended up being completed and able to be picked up on 6/8. The amazing service I received completed trumped the feelings I had regarding the wait from March to May. Jordan made sure he called twice a week updating me on the ... process of the repairs. Overall, it was a great experience. My car came back looking better than ever! I'm so glad it was Gerber who took care of these repairs! Thank you Raleigh team! read more

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from everyone involved. I was incredibly happy with the amount of communication, the work that was involved, and the kind staff that I talked to when I arrived at the location. The only thing I wish is that financing was offered at this location for the repairs, but I am so glad I chose Gerber over another body shop.
