"My whole life, my worst fear has been being in a car accident. I finally was able to own my dream car, a 5th Gen Camaro SS2. I was beyond devestated when I was t-boned in an intersection by someone who ran a red light. I hadn't even had the car a year yet and I thought she was gone forever. I chose Gerber in Pueblo West, CO from a reccommendation by my insurance co, USAA. I'm so glad I did. I was impressed by the level of customer service. When I first called Alicia and told her of the accident, her first words were "I hope you are ok!" I wasn't expecting that, and from that first call to every status call from Julie I truly felt they were as concerned about me as they were about my car. I give a 10 for the wonderful service I rec'd from this co. The Reception/everything else she does (which was a lot) Alicia Anderson was wonderful. She's courteous even when facing angry customers at the front door. She has excellent PR abilities and makes a person feel very special even though you know she has tons of work on her desk. She is a great multitasker. I know various companies who would like to steal her away from you

Brought my daughter's Sunfire in to have the front bumper replaced. Initial replacement bumper was faulty and had to be replaced. Most repair shops would have simply used the faulty bumper, but not Gerber. Thank You for your honesty. Was kept informed on progress in a timely manner, and was treated with courtesy and respect.. Service was outstanding. Very professional staff who puts their cumstomers first. I was very impressed. Car looks great and I would recomend to my friends and family if so needed. Mr Jim Folga was my contact there and was on top of everything. I also appreciated the use of the free rental car. Very clean shop and offices.
