I came back to get my car body work a second time because Marcel is a true professional, knowledgeable and personable. Marcel remembered me from my previous time getting work done, about 3 years ago. Diana was very professional, and knowledgeable. Julie was very helpful and gave excellent customer service. Marcel, Diana, and Julie make for,a great team. I will be coming back to conduct my business in the future. I am very happy with the overall customer service, their professional attitude, and the body work on my car. Thank you staff at gerber collision for a pleasant experience.

I came in as a walk-in because my driver side exterior door handle came off. I must admit being a single Mom I was very skeptical and thought to myself "this place is surely going to try and charge me an arm and a leg." Much to my surprise Daryle said he would take care of it for me. I waited inside with my son for less than 15 minutes when Daryl came back in and said it was all done. I asked him how much i owed him and he said "oh i can't charge you for that, it would be wrong." He also advised me that the cap that holds the door on was missing. He said if you order it and come back by i can put it on for you. Guess what? I ordered it and went back the following Monday and he put it on free of charge. I just wanted to say thank you very much! I will definitely be using and recommending you in the future.
