My final bill was LESS than my estimate! When, if ever, have you had that happen? I had a rocker panel repaired on my BMW which entails having the doors open to access the area to be worked on yet I receivedd my car back with the interior as clean as when I dropped the car off. And I am meticioulous with my cars. I have been going to Gerber for years and would not think of going anywhere else. They are BMW experts, as well as any other cars they work on. Tiffany and Renee are the best at the front desk. Always smiling , friendly, knowledgable and helpful. They had my rental car ready to go when I arrived. Non of the strees usually associated with auto repair. Rob recognized me from his prior place of employment and greeted me. That's customer service! When someone hit my beautiful 2020 SUV, I just wanted to cry!! Our insurance company recommended Gerber for my daughter's car in June, they did a great job, so I had it towed there. I honestly thought it would never be the same! It took awhile, they took their time and did a PERFECT job!! The big test for me was seeing if it drove the same as before. It was like new again!! I hope I don't need them again any time soon but I will certainly recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Gerber!! You seriously made my day!!! ??

Great service, great communication. There was a hiccup in which one part needed for my repair were on backorder for months (related to a backup with the suppliers and completely unrelated to Gerber and a situation out of their control). Throughout the whole process, Gerber collision gave me regular biweekly updates on the status of my repair and responded to all my calls and questions in a prompt manner. They were also flexible with my request to pull the car out while waiting for the last part to arrive and they dealt with my frustration (what should've taken 1wk ended up dragging out for 1.5 months) with grace and professionalism. They did an excellent repair and my car looked like new when the job was completed. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends. I dropped my car off for a bumper repair, and the communication and service was amazing all around. The work came out better than I could've hoped for, and the complimentary services were an appreciated touch I was happily surprised with. The front end people were nice and took care of my services quickly so I didn't have to wonder about anything. The techs and mechanics made sure my car was well taken care of, again, going beyond what I expected or could've hoped for. They should be proud of the people that work there, as I would recommend their services to everyone.
