Although it took a little long to get in and get repaired the service I received was more then satisfactory and the vehical was returned to me as if it just gotten detailed!!!

I'd have given 6 stars, if the system let me. What a refreshing feeling to actual experience true customer service. Gabe, Tiffany and the rest of the Gerber team really know how to take care of the people and their cars. My car had a "slice" that went into the window area, dented metal and a scrape 2 feet long. The great thing is I can't even see where it was now! The Gerber team kept me up to date on progress, they pushed to meet a deadline and supported me after it was returned with follow-up calls. A+, highly recommended.

Customer service was very good with everything from setting up an appointment to see an estimator, to working with my insurance co, setting up a time to start the repairs to calling me with up dated progress of work being done. Dave came up with an estimate for the work to be done, set an approximate time frame for me. It went longer than I expected but, with the up dates and apologies for things taking longer. I know things don't always go as planed so i felt good they were not rushing to get it done. Finally my truck was ready for me to pick up. Again customer service was very good, repairs to my truck were like new. Washing and cleaning the inside was great. I'm very pleased with the work they did and the people I met and worked with.

I had a fender bender last July, it was my first so I had no idea what to do Gabriel walked me through the whole process and repaired my car in 2 days and did an excellent job. I never had to worry they kept me up to date on the progress of the car. Recently someone dinged my door it was really bad and deep I immediately took the car to Gabriel and once again he did an amazing job on my car you would never know there was anything on my door. So every time someone asks for a good body shop I mention Gerber collision. Thanks Gabe :)

The staff at this location were extremely friendly and 100% professional. I would use them every time. They worked very smoothly with my insurance company and gave me all kinds of updates as to my car's status. In addition, when I got my vehicle back it was cleaner than I ever have it. Absolutely first-rate and highly recommended.

Could not tell car was ever damaged. Paint blend absolutely beautiful. Car was returned cleaner than when I bought it at the dealership. Excellent friendly, convenient service-would highly recommend to anyone needing repairs.
