This is not the first time I have brought vehicles for service, I returned because of the great job done to my vehicles and the ease of dealing with the people at Gerber in particular, Karl and Kelley, they handle dealing with the insurance company and arranging the rental car to be waiting for me when I brought my vehicle for repairs. I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber to anyone looking for collision or window repairs. Again a be thank you to Gerber for having people like Karl and Kelley representing the company.

I can't say enough good things about the work I have received from Gerber Collision. They are quick, reasonably priced, and is the most honest business that I have dealt with in my lifetime. They were able to reduce my repair cost by 20 percent from the initial estimate and yet I would not have known the difference unless they freely admitted doing so.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The service, normally expected to take two days, was completed in just one. Work was excellent and vehicle was returned looking like new. Highly recommended.

Karina and Joe were absolutely wonderful. I was devastated after my accident and Karina took the time to help me put things in perspective. She told me that cars can be fixed and/or replaced, but that I could not. Joe was great through the whole process. He walked me through what was happening with my car and the insurance process. I was very pleased with my service. While I hope that I will not need to use them again anytime soon, I will definitely recommend Gerber to anyone who needs service. I am truly appreciative of the service that I received during such a rough time. Thank you
