I was impressed with the professional manner of the staff at Gerber Collision in Fogelsville, PA. The staff was eager and available to answer all my questions as well as keep me informed on the status of my repairs. Tiffany and Emily were friendly, very helpful, and very compassionate. With the help of the staff, there was never a moment of confusion about my car or the status of its repair. They assured me that the job would be done in a timely manner and more importantly with precision and accuracy. The repairs were completed timely and the results were exceptional. I am highly pleased with the professional manner in which Alex R. serviced my automobile. The work and service were outstanding, prompt, and surpass what could reasonably be expected. Kudos on a job well in every aspect.

My car was towed there on Nov 3rd after a late afternoon accident. It is now Nov 30th and still no car, and another "hopefully in a few days" time line. I am soon to be out of rental car benefits, I've not had my handicap plate to use (especially in Dec - very much missed!) The rental car has no GPS and I am on the road for work several days a week seeing clients. My car was not totaled. Not a small job, but really - I have called at least weekly to the same tune. The office people are very nice, which is the only reason I gave a 3. If I am involved in an accident again, I can't afford to come back here.

This is my second time needed auto body repair. First time on my brand new Buick. Gerber was fantastic easy in and out process. Had rental car there and waiting for me to pick it up. And finished early with a full inside and out detail. I give them 5 stars. Well deserved!!!

Gerber did a very nice job on my collision repair, courteous staff kept me updated on status of the car. Rental car process was convenient and smooth, pick up and return right there. I would definitely recommend Gerber.

I gladly give Gerber 5 stars. From the moment I dropped off my car on a Tuesday morning till the time I picked it up on Thursday afternoon they acted in a very professional manner and made the entire process seemless. Tiffany E were a pleasure to deal with. My car looks brand new and in addition, I was pleasantly surprised to find that on pick up, my car was detailed and they left a personally written thank you card on the passenger seat. Many thanks to the entire team at Gerber.

The work done was amazing! The staff was very friendly and constantly helpful. The only critique is the automated updates were often wrong but it's nothing calling and confirming with the staff couldn't handle. Very pleased and will be recommending to anybody who needs work done. Thank you!

I have been dealing with Gerber collision for years and would never think of letting any other body shop work on my BMW's. They are truly the premier BMW body shop in the area. They stand by their work and their people are passionate about their work. As great as their work is, their customer service is even better. Old time values in todays world. Why go anywhere else.
