Customer Service was great at this location. Gerber sent an estimate of all the repairs that were necessary for our vehicle repairs. They called and informed me of everything that was going on. We were also greatly pleased with the assistance that was provided in getting a rental vehicle. I would recommend to anyone that if they have to have any car repairs done, Gerber would be the place to go.

Everything went very smoothly with my insurance company and the auto body shop. I was also very happy to see a full detail done to my car after it was all done. This is my forth time bringing one of my cars to Gerber Collision. The mechanics always do an amazing job. The work is completed in a timely manor and you can never tell that the car was in an accident. Also Emily and Tiffany do an amazing job at the front desk. They always keep me informed with the progress of the repairs either by phone or email. They are great to work with and make the whole experience stress free. Hopefully I will never have to take any of my cars back to Gerber for accidents, but if something does happen they will always be my first choice.

The repair could not have gone smoother. Everyone from the receptionist to the owner were personable and professional. After the original estimate they took my car in almost immediately and completed the body work in no time. The work was flawless. I've had bodywork done in the past at other body shops and this one will be my go-to shop moving forward.
