What a great experience!! My Chevy Trax has been restored to like new condition, and even the interior so painstakingly detailed that it looks like new as well. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable. Dana kept me well informed of the progress being made and available for questions. I am really happy with the results and recommend this business. I certainly will use them again should I need these services.

Excellent Repair! AND Satisfaction Guaranteed. EVEN after 7 years! Gerber's at 701 W Freeport St in Broken Arrow, OK stands behind their lifetime warranty. I had my 2012 Toyota RAV4 repaired several times over the years due to my kids borrowing my car. I choose this location every time. Today was the first time that I returned about a collision repair from 2016. The latch has an issue and the bumper had a gap. I did not expect to have the repair done at no cost due to the length of time. But fix it, they DID! THANK YOU Dave for your excellent service, care, concern and desire for lifetime satisfaction! Best car repair experience in a long time. Loved the daily update text. I always knew what was happening with my car. The work looks amazing and it was done a full week early!!!! The car was spotless when I picked it up and everyone was so kind a polite. 100% recommend.

Unfortunately, I had to use Gerber twice is a few months and originally I had issues with both repairs. However, in the long run the staff at Norman went above and beyond to make both things right from both visits. So, I just want to thank them for taking care of my issues!
