They did a great job on repairing my car, plus they detailed the inside. Wow! The dealership where I bought it didn't do as great a job as Gerber did. James S. (Jimmie as I call him), is very helpful and courteous to me every tiime I have had to discuss a vehicle with him. I had a 95 Buick, that he "twicked" for me to keep it running until I could get another vehicle. He took the time every time to talk to me and never treated me like some ole lady needing something done!! I appreciate how fast they got my car repaired. The text that they were sending on my phone was great. Sending the one about my car being happy.....cracked everyone up that I showed it to. You can bet I will always refer Gerber to anyone and everyone, especially Jimmy!!!

Great service and happy with the work . My son had his jeep fixed here and we are pleased with the work. I hit a deer on way in to work I knew Right away who to call. Gerber did a great job As expected. Thank you. I didn't have my car More than a month and I was side swiped on a Snow storm. Once again Gerber is who we called to Fix my car. We trust and come to expect the best Quality and service. It to a while to get my car back. Since the bumper wasn't fitting just right. Gerber Made sure it it was good as new. So glad to have My car back looking nice. Thank you Getber Collision. I would recommend them to all my freinds.

Gerber welcomed us and immediately did an estimate of the cost of the repairs to our 2003 Lincoln. Gerber works with our insurance, State Farm. All we had to do was to contact State Farm and take the car by Gerber. They gave us the estimate and we would have to pay our deductible only. They set us up with a time to bring the car in and told us it would be 10 days in the shop. They did as they said they would, in ten days the car was ready to be picked up. The color of our car is hard to match, but it appears to be matched perfectly. The car was even cleaned. We would recommend Gerber Insurance to others who are in need of body repair on their car. They did an excellent job on repairing my car! They called every couple of days to let me know the status of my vehicle repair. My car had sustained serious damage so my car was there for about 4 weeks. Jimmie was the greatest person to deal with regarding my car. He was always very caring and was a bright light during the time of my car being repaired. He is very professional but yet very caring. However, I also have to speak very highly of the people who worked on my car that I never saw or met! I know what my car looked like after the lady hit me and then how great it looked when I picked it up! Also, Lisa who always answers the phone with such care. Everyone at Gerber - Owasso was great!

I highly recommend Gerber for any body repair. They went above and beyond customer service. They fixed the damage and more before the estimated completion date. They even re-pinned the parts that weren't damaged and washed it!!

Service was great and the Gerber people very helpful. My car was fixed to perfection and nicely washed when I picked it up. While my insurance company paid the balance, after deductable, Gerber was the most reasonable by over 10%. Should the need arise I certainly would return.
