I am very pleased with the team at the Broken Arrow, OK Gerber location. My contact, Song B., was very helpfull and walked me through the process. One thing that really stands out for me was that I was unable to pick up my vehical until 2 weeks after it was done and they were very willing to work with me until I was able to pick it up.

I worked through Tommie D. and Lisa at the Owasso, facility. They kept me updated on the status of the repair from the beginning to end and I consider it among the top communications between business and customer I've ever received. The finished repair on my vehicle, I found to be in perfect condition, clean and top shape. Both Tommie and Lisa are an asset to your company and serve their customers professionally. In my opinion. your shop and office staff serve with a spirit of excellence. Just for clarification: Tommie and I have the same last names but have never met each other or known each other prior to the service with your company.

This has been one of the most professional and friendly experiences I have had while getting my car repaired. They were in constant contact with me from the time I dropped off, going through the estimate and then at pick up time of my vehicle. I would recommend Gerber Collision to anyone. Mary, the receptionist is just great and the right person for the job when she is the first person that you speak with when you walk in the door!

Gerber Collision. Did an excellent job on my vehicle. They were very fast, friendly, and efficient! I hope I don't have another collision but if I do I will be taking my vehicle to Gerber Collision in Broken Arrow.
