This was my first experience with Gerber or any body shop for that matter. I felt as though I was extremely taken care of. I did not have rental care coverage on my policy and was able to take advantage of the complimentary 5 day rental car. Unfortunately, the dealer sent the wrong headliner for my vehicle, which caused a delay of an extra couple of days past the rental coverage. Shawn was gracious to extend the complimentary rental an additional week. I had a business trip throughout those extra days and did not have to worry about getting the rental back. The whole staff provided excellent communication and called twice a week to give me status updates on my vehicle. Every time anyone said they would call, I received it when they said I would. I could not be more pleased. Everyone was polite, prompt, efficient, kept me in the loop, and my car looked great. I ended up being without a vehicle for only 2 days. Parts were ordered when estimate given, so time in shop decreased. Very pleased!
