Everyone was spot on in each area; from answering the phone pleasantly, getting information correct; giving me the estimate, keeping me informed about the car. Explaining each detail to me. Going over what all was done, how much it cost, the warranty from the fix. I felt they went above and beyond to make sure that I was very happy with the service I received. My car was cleaned and looked way better than when I took it to their location. I will refer this site to other family and friends should they need service.

Totally thrilled with the people at Owasso Gerber Collision and Glass. I received a quote and unlike many other places I received the bill for less than quoted. I received a call both days the car was being worked on to give me updates and to set my expectations from Chris. Then when I picked up the car it was washed and cleaned inside and out. Now this is the way American companies should treat their customers. Strongly recommend Gerber

The experience with my Gerber crew in Broken Arrow was exceptional from my introduction to Becky on the phone to Shane and others keeping me apprised of progress. They were all thorough, professional, and true to their word when discussing my case. Although I don't want further dealings with a collision repair, I'd return here in a heartbeat.
