My wife recently passed away and I had my wheel chair accessible Van repaired at the Owasso, OK location. The service rep was Tommie D. He was very professional and courteous. On top of that, he mentioned my situation to his boss who contacted your corporate office and you repaired my van for no charge. I was overwhelmed by this gesture and I will now be a customer for life. The compassion that Tommie showed was amazing and the shop donated their time as well. I can't express my gratitude enough. Especially to Tommie D. Thank you.

I was very pleased with Gerber Collision Glass in Owasso, OK. They were very professional in both the estimation and explanation of services. They finished my car the same day I turned it over to them. I had a bumper and energy absorber replaced. The paint matched perfectly and to get my car back the same day was a bonus. Thank you Tommie D. and staff at Gerber in Owasso.

First, the communication was touch notch and excellent. I was consistently receiving updates on the status of my car. Second, they did the work in less time than quoted. Third, cost was very competitive - the best in the Owasso area. Fourth, we are completely happy with the repair work. They touched up beyond the required repair. The paint color blended in so well. The quality is wonderful. The car was given back to us in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend using Gerber to anyone. And if we have the unfortunate occasion to require collision repair, we will return to Gerber.

Very happy with my experience with Gerber Collision. Tommy D. was extremely knowledgeable and courteous, as was the two office ladies. The body work on my car is excellent. They even had it done in 2 days instead of 5. Really appreciated the text messages keeping me informed on the status of my car. I would 100% recommend Gerber Collision to family and friends.

Gerber Collison exceeded my expectations! Exceptional customer service every step of the way from the first phone call, to the pick up. Not only did they keep me updated with the process but they went above and beyond for me & my car looks great! Our daughter was in an accident causing significant damage to her vehicle (other party at fault). We were delighted with the communication from Gerber regarding the status of repairs and information on next steps. It can get confusing when several parties involved (2 insurance companies, 1 auto repair company, daughter (driver), parents (vehicle owner). Gerber did a great job of communicating and delivering quality repairs at the time they promised. Would definitely use them again and have/will recommended them to others.
