OK - 701 W Freeport St, Broken Arrow - 11/15/16

Customer service was excellent. My car had very minor damage but it took approximately 3 weeks to repair. I understand shops must get very busy. I do appreciate the updates but I was anxious when the completion date had to be pushed back a number of times. The damage to the car was replaced/repaired well, like it never occurred. Overall, I was very satisfied. I would rather the car be done well with extra time or care instead of a hasty sloppy finish. I appreciate Gerber Collision for being friendly and helping be mobile again

I cannot express how greatful I am for the guys (and gal) at Gerber off of South Memorial. It started with my horrible repair by another local repair shop. They claimed my repairs were complete when there were runs in the new paint and the worst color match that I have ever seen. I called Gerber for a second estimate and spoke with Jessica and she flat out told me "if you are not happy they need to fix it" and the Gerber team has stood by that ever since. When I first got my car over to Gerber it had been a month that my car was at the other repair facility. Terry and the team were ready to walk around with all eyes inspecting my car when I pulled up! They immediately spotted the shoddy work and pointed it out to me. I'm a younger woman and in appearance could be easily talked down to, and I am highly sensitive to it. The team ... at Gerber leveled with me on every little detail down to the last day of repairs. Compared to the 3 times I had to visit the other shop when they told me my car was ready.....GERBER called me to pick up my car ONLY ONE TIME. DONE. Quality work that I didn't have to fight for. I am so very grateful to this team. Especially Terry and Jessica they have made this experience turn from an epic nightmare to a body shop dream come true. I was worried that my car was doomed to be a quilt of different colors, but they matched the paint with EASE! QUALITY WORK BY QUALITY PROFESSIONALS!! THANK YOU!!!! Becky, Cody and the Gerbe4 Team performed excellent restoration on our RAV4 after an auto collision. There is not even a fiber of the afore damage and our RAV4 looks brand new! They were award winning in their communication as to the progress of the repair and finished ahead of schedule. I would recommend this location highly!

OK - Mobile Glass Services - 10/26/16

These guys are great. Their prices were best around compared to safelite, glass doctor, binswinger, and a few other places I price compared at. They had availability within one day and were even willing to come to me during work hours for free. Great customer service with efficiency to get the job done. I hope I don't need another glass replaced in my car but if so I will be coming back to them.

Dropped off my Equinox to have the rear bumper replaced and it was a great experience. as usual. I'm the District Manager for USIC and we use this location for all of our repairs and always have a great experience. Becky is always great about keeping us up to date on the progress of our vehicles and its always professional and kind in all discussions we have. The rest of the team Cody, Shawn, Gonzelo, and Chris always provide great customer service and deliver a great finished product. Drove away today with the newly installed bumper looking just like it did when it rolled off the show room floor. Keep up the great work everyone. Looking forward to a continued business relationship between our company and yours.

The process was very easy. Becky helped set up the appointment and rental car. Shawn was very pleasant and helpful. He provided me with a ride to the rental car company and went out of his way to help me. Everyone I was in contact with was friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me updated with my car's progress. I would have no issues with going back for services or recommending them to other people.

Excellent service they had my car for 3 months cuz I'm an over-the-road truck driver and it seem like I can never make it down to pick up the car but I kept in contact with them and they treated me very very fair and the work was exceptional finally have my car back couldn't be happier everybody was great

Absolutely wonderful to work with. Kept me informed twice a week. Car was ready ahead of schedule. Since I was paying for car rental out of pocket, they scheduled appointment so I would not have car rental any longer than needed. Definitely recommend to all.

I was very pleased with the both the customer service and repair work done on my vehicle. The work was not only done with excellence, but the work was completed 10 days early than estimated. They were also able to bring my car in for repairs, 2 weeks earlier than they initially had me scheduled, due to a last minute cancellation by someone else. They also gave me weekly updates by text message and by phone call.
