Collision repair work done thru policy holder with State Farm who struck my parked car while I was out in another vehicle. Advised State Farm that I wanted Gerber to handle the work as I had previously dealt with the Owasso office and was extremely happy with the work that was done. Jamie K. in your office made the entire process seamless from my initial contact to the estimate and the handling of the work in dealing with the insurance company. The work was completed in a timely manner and the repair itself came out beautifully. Would use Gerber again and would definitely recommend Gerber to any of my friends.

I was so heart broken about the damage to my truck, Jamie handled my claim and did a wonderful job keeping me updated and was so attentive to making sure I was informed and gave me a date when my truck would be ready and it was ready ahead of schedule. I am so impressed with the work and detail to make my vehicle look like brand new. Thank you to the folks at Gerber to the great work and care for me in my situation to get my vehicle back as quickly as possible and looking like new again. I was very pleased with the service provided. Not only did they replace the rear bumper and fender well on my Jeep which is what the insurance paid for, they also used a chemical on the rest of the plastic that was faded so that it match the new parts. In addition, they detailed my entire vehicle and fixed the lever which reclines the front passenger seat. I did not expect anything other that the work the insurance covered. I am very pleased and will highly recommend them for any auto body work.

Best repair ever! I was so nervous about going in because I have not had an accident before where my car had to have as much work as it did. They were easy to work with and friendly. They were able to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time even once they found out there was even more damage. Very grateful for the people at the Broken Arrow, Oklahoma Gerber Collision, and I will be back if needed.
