OK - 218 E State Hwy 152, Mustang - 8/8/24

From start to finish everyone at Gerber in Mustang, Ok was great. With in 30 min of me submitting my online claim to my insurance company they called me to set up my initial appointment. After leaving my vehicle they were very informative and get me up to date on the status of my vehicle. When my vehicle was complete I picked it up and it was as beautiful as the first day I drove it off the lot. I hope that I don't have to come visit them again, but if an accident happens they will definitely be my first call for repairs.

Gerber knocked it out of the park! They made unfortunate mishap that wasn't are fault a little less inconvenient than it could've been at other body shops. I've used others in the past that that left a lot to be desired. Gerber was very professional through the whole process and they kept me up to date on the repair every step of the way. They were spot on with their estimate on completion. 10/10 would recommend Gerber!

The repair is beautiful. The maroon metallic paint really glistens! The staff Nancy and Jaime were very nice and Dillon gave me a ride home after I dropped off the vehicle. The repair was completed in nine days. Great auto repair place! They worked perfectly with my insurance company.

I wanted to thank Kelly D. for taking care of my car. He went above and beyond to fix the issue..I was told by another shop I needed to replace a part. Kelly took time to look at the problem and was able to fix it without having to replace the actual part. He listens to his customers and finds the best way to help them. Alan was also very helpful with my car. I just want to express my gratitude to this shop and these guys for their help. We will definitely use them again for future car repairs.
