Excellent experience, Vehicle was repaired and returned ahead of estimated completion date. Regular texts and calls were received on progress of the work and the changes to completion schedule. All the eprsonnel that I encountered were pilite and professional. And to top it all off, the verhicle was returned super clean inside and out - the interior was a little bit of a mess when delivered so the cleaning was appreciated.

What a great experience!! My Chevy Trax has been restored to like new condition, and even the interior so painstakingly detailed that it looks like new as well. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable. Excellent Repair! AND Satisfaction Guaranteed. EVEN after 7 years! Gerber's at 701 W Freeport St in Broken Arrow, OK stands behind their lifetime warranty. I had my 2012 Toyota RAV4 repaired several times over the years due to my kids borrowing my car. I choose this location every time. Today was the first time that I returned about a collision repair from 2016. The latch has an issue and the bumper had a gap. I did not expect to have the repair done at no cost due to the length of time. But fix it, they DID! THANK YOU Dave for your excellent service, care, concern and desire for lifetime satisfaction! Christina and her office staff were exceptional in their care and attention to even the smallest detail. Dave, a round of applause for you, is definitely overdue. You even took the time to scuff out an recent abrasion (again from kids) ... while the bumper was being reattached. I am so impressed. I will send everyone I know to you!
