Couldn't get into the carwi.se website but wanted to express my COMPLETE satisfaction with Gerber Collision in Brunswick, Ohio. I would not take any car needing body work to any other shop for repair. Whole staff is great from the receptionist to the mechanics. Professional and top notch in all areas.

My experience with Gerber Collision could not have been better. A buck slammed into the side of my car one night and he did severe damage to the driver side of my car. My insurance company recommended Gerber Collision and I would recommend them to others as well. The compassion and attention to detail Chris showed to me was appreciated. I am very pleased with the work and feel very comfortable driving my car again. I was only without my car for a period of 7 days. Thank you again for making such an unfortunate and scary incident into such a positive outcome.

I was very pleased with the significant repair of my Traverse. The customer service and support I received was unexpected and exceeded any expectations I had. I was updated regularly and felt that my concerns were address appropriately. Most importantly Gerber made a bad situation easier and I'm forever grateful for Kevin, Deb and the entire staff for their professionalism and for going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my repair.
