The service was outstanding. My vehicle was involved in a minor fender-bender back in March 2023. Unfortunately, during the time of the accident, this Gerber location was swamped with work. The first available time they had for my car to be repaired wasn't until May 25, 2023. That meant I had to drive around with a damaged vehicle for over 2 months. It was frustrating at first but when the day came to take the vehicle, from the moment I dropped it off to the moment I picked it up, the local team at Gerber really took great care of me. My vehicle was dropped off on 5/25 and was anticipated to be completed on 6/16. My car ended up being completed and able to be picked up on 6/8. I am VERY pleased with the repairs that were performed on my f150. This location didn't waste any time on getting the repairs properly completed, keeping me informed on how far along they were during the process, and actually showing me pictures of all of the damaged parts and images of the new parts being painted and repaired. I definitely will be coming back to this location if I ever need any more repairs done to my vehicle and I will be recommending this location to people that need collision repairs completed.

Well my time with this company was great, from the first call to the last goodbye. They were very friendly and the service was great. I really have no complaints at all, hope i never have another accident and need body work as a result, but God forbid I ever do, Gerber will get my business, for sure.

Loretta and the crew at Gerber Collision did a great job recently when my 2017 Corolla was wrecked and I had no other transportation. They had a lot of jobs going on but helped me out with a prompt, thorough estimate that showed that my car was totaled. They made it possible for me to get a prompt payment from my insurance provider, buy a used car and get back on the road quickly. I'm very grateful for their timely service.

Just received back my car and Gerber did a fantastic job!!! The work on the bumper and wing mirror are perfect. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience and you would never know there was any damage to the car. Would recommend highly.
