They sent a survey for Gerber collision and Auto Glass to my phone and I made a mistake and didnt understand the question till I went to the other question but there was no back button to go back. Gerber collision and Auto Glass in Fayetteville on Bragg boulevard did me good is there any way that you can resend me the survey that you sent to my phone 910-301-4528 so I can redo it again because they were the best and I don't want them to get a low score or low rating for my mistake.and I want to redo the survey. Don't give them a low rating because of my mistake.

They communicated above my expectations. They used good judgement that I felt was honest when helping me with a specific option decision. I did ask for windshield repair while it was there, and I think they forgot it; however, I got a coupon for Glass America inserted in the service packet. Thinking about using insurance for that too now. I will return to that location, actually hope not, if I hit another deer. They're good folks.

Service on day one from the receptionist, the adjuster, and all the staff until I picked up my car was very knowledgeable, timely, professional, and friendly. Very clean Facility. I got text messages on updates about the car repair. When picking up the car, I was told how to care for the car ( Vehicle Care Tips). I would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to everyone. 10???????????????????? stars for gerber Collision & Glass. Thank you

This is a great shop, have one closer but, choose this one from previous experience with outstanding work. LaShonda has great Customer Service, and is an exceptional individual with care. LaShonda kept me updated on the progress of repairs, and also retuned my vehicle back earlier due to her Tenacity. Wayne had great customer service and ensured I was happy before I left. They got me in fast, did a awesome job installing my driver side window and put a new handle on my F150. They were speedy and returned my car better than i left it. I would defiantly have them work on my truck again. Great location and staff was very friendly.
