The team at Gerber collision & Glass were informative great service very attentive to keeping me up to date with each process for over 3 weeks very easy to bring my car over and pick up my rental and then getting my car and returning my rental was perfect I would highly recommend this establishment to everyone The staff were fantastic All of them Thank you so much

They were all very efficient and promt to keep us informed of the progress of our repairs. A very highly proficient run business and we couldn't be more happy with our end result. We had an accident in September and they fixed it up nice and quick. There ended up being a small area leaking water into the trunk after the repairs but when I called them they immediately got me in and had my car done the next day. I hope I don't need to, but if I ever need repairs like that again I will definitely pick Gerber. All of the employees that helped me were informative, easy to talk to, and just over all nice. I have never had such a good experience with car repairs, thank you to everyone at Gerber Collision in Greece.

Excellent to deal with! Unfortunately, I was about 85 miles from home when I got into my accident. My insurance, Allstate, gave me a list of body shops. I picked Gerber, and they were great to deal with. 2 text messages a week and phone calls when needed kept my informed of the progress on the repairs to my car.
